London House Exchange (“LHX”) is the new name for Property Partner. The platform, infrastructure and product offering remain the same, but the name and visual brand identity has changed.

On London House Exchange you have a choice between New Listing and Resale investment opportunities (i.e. properties already listed and trading on the Exchange). With primarily offer the residential property on the exchange, but also have a number of student and commercial properties listed.

Your investment in each property is made via the purchase of a beneficial interest in shares in a UK Limited Company, established specifically for purchasing that individual property.
